Adagio CatchWeights

Adagio CatchWeights is an add-on to Adagio Inventory that allows an organization to take and ship orders in one Unit of Measure, while pricing in another. Often used in food distribution, where orders are placed for Cases of a product that is sold by Weight (e.g. “I’d like 4 cases of chicken breasts and 3 cases of chicken thighs.”), this add-on also allows products to be sold by piece and priced by length or sold by piece and priced by area.

The program tracks the average conversion factor and can warn the operator if a user-specified conversion variance is exceeded during order processing. This quickly catches data entry errors before they become a major accounting headache.

The add-on adds fields to OrderEntry, SalesCQ and SalesAnalysis to handle the additional unit of measure.
