Softrak provides a variety of Partner Programs to help add value for the Adagio community. We rely on our Channel Partners for the sales and service of Adagio, including consultation, implementation, integration, data conversion, technical support and training. Developer Partners extend the functionality of the product line. In addition, we support industry analysts, influencers, and the public practice accountancies that use and recommend Adagio to their clients.
Channel Partner Programs
We look for distribution channel partners that are experienced at selling into the small business marketplace, specifically into Finance & Accounting departments. Understanding the business processes and functions of an accounting department, along with the associated software systems, are a necessity. Experience with ERP software, cloud computing environments and LAN environments are important. Previous experience with Adagio Accounting is a significant bonus. Often Value Added Resellers for HRMS, Payroll, Imaging, Document Management and operational applications gain value by adding accounting software to their portfolio of products and services.
Softrak offers 2 different Channel Partner programs. For consultants and value added resellers that are new to Adagio, and require training, mentoring and assistance in the field, we offer the Adagio Consultant Specialist Program. This program is also for channel partners that are focused on services and do not wish to have a sales quota for Adagio software.
For experienced Adagio consultants that invest in sales and marketing, and look to grow the Adagio customer-base in their region, the Adagio Consultant Reseller Program is offered. These resellers qualify for higher margins, greater sales and marketing support, and other benefits.
