  Adagio Inventory allows you to manage a large number of items, with accurate costing and locations.

  • Unbuild a master item into the component items.
  • Set a Default location for a component item in a BOM, where we added an option for 'Use component default location?'.
  • Define additional cost-per-build quantity with 4 decimals; Adagio Inventory without BOM only allows 2 decimals.
  • On the Master Item, you can set BOM options: 
  • You can choose whether or not the Master item is auto assembled Invoiced in Adagio Inventory.
  • Choose to 'Build quantity shipped'; the quantity on the Invoice or enough to fill the quantity.
  • Set a BOM for the Auto build (there could be many different BOMs for the same master item).

• Purchase Orders

  Purchase Orders provides automation for inventory procurement.  

  Features

  • Sort data how you want to see it with Filtered Order Views-sort or filter by order status (open, completed, partial receipts), order date, or vendor.
  • Print, fax, or email professional looking, customizable, fully graphical Purchase Orders to your vendors.
  • Place multiple vendors on a single Purchase Order to calculate landed cost.
  • Receipting for Multiple Orders, and invoicing for Multiple Receipts.
  • Support sundry item and sundry vendor lists.
  • Summary Orders are color-coded to show order status at a glance.
  • Adagio RMA allows you to enter, print / email and track RMAs in Adagio OrderEntry, then create a credit note when returned goods are received.
  • Quantities on RMA are tracked in Adagio Inventory by Location.
  • Track expected receipt dates.
  • Expired RMAs are automatically removed from pending returns in Adagio Inventory.
  • Email RMAs directly to your customers.
