Your AOC 2018 registration fee includes access to all the scheduled sessions from May 8th to May 10th, a special evening event, breakfasts, lunches, and a complimentary tablet.

All payments after April 2nd 2018 must be prepaid.

Guests are welcome to join conference delegates for Event Night only at $170. See below for event night details.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your registration on or before April 2, 2018, you will receive a full refund.
  • After April 2, 2018, no fees are refundable.

Substitutions

Delegates may be substituted at any time. After Monday, April 30 at noon, there may be a delay in receiving new badges and personalized materials due to name changes.

Hotel Accommodation

The AOC 2018 conference hotel is the Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre. There is a special show rate of $249 per night. Click here to book your accommodation.

Event Night

As part of your AOC 2018 registration, we invite you to join us for an elegant evening at the captivating Museum of Anthropology at UBC. You’ll enjoy a delectable dinner, some musical entertainment and exclusive access to the MOA galleries & gift shop.  Transportation to and from the MOA will be provided. Bring a guest!.  Guest passes are priced at a special rate of $170.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in the Adagio Opportunity Conference 2018 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Hosts' use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
