As an Adagio Consultant Reseller, authorized dealers and consultants receive unmatched technical support, marketing assistance, and discounts on all purchases. Additionally, they receive a complete product library of Not For Resale (NFR) software for demonstrations and internal use.
Softrak provides extensive education through classroom training, online seminars, and remote training. We're also committed to helping our partners with targeted marketing that generates qualified leads. Our focused marketing strategy includes: advertising, trade shows, cooperative marketing development funds (MDF), online newsletters, telemarketing, promotions, and more.
To become an ACR, your application must be approved by Softrak Systems and you must place an initial order for $5,000. To remain an ACR, you must purchase a minimum level of products over a 12 month rolling year. ACRs should plan to attend the spring/summer Adagio Opportunity Conference* in Vancouver.
If you do not want to commit to the annual purchase targets needed to maintain your status as an authorized Adagio Consultant Reseller, you can still get the technical benefits of the program, as well as mentoring on marketing, business, and technical issues.
This ACS program makes it easier for new or lower volume dealers and consultants to participate in the Softrak Channel. Free NFR software and technical support is provided directly from Softrak. An annual is charged for membership in this program, all of which may be applied to your registration at the Adagio Opportunity Conference.
Consulting professionals who do not want to resell software get many benefits as part of the PSR program. For a nominal annual fee, this special program lets a PSR use Adagio in their own office. All upgrades are included automatically.
By using Adagio, the consultant will be able to determine which of their clients might benefit from using Adagio software. Each PSR will be matched with an ACR to make it as easy as possible for end users to evaluate Adagio themselves.
The ADP program facilitates the integration of 3rd party products with Adagio and gives developers access to Softrak's channel members and Adagio end users. Technical support is available for ADPs to use the Adagio SDK or to simply integrate their existing software with Adagio.

The annual channel conference and trade show, the Adagio Opportunity Conference, is held each spring/summer. Sessions are presented on Adagio modules and Third Party modules as well as sales and marketing techniques. All Adagio Developer Partners are encouraged to present and exhibit their products or services. Resellers, consultants, and recommenders also benefit from the invaluable networking with their peers.
